Natasha Van Staveren
Executive Director
Natasha was born and raised in St. Albert and has over 40 years of deep love for our family-oriented community. She is a dedicated mother of two teenagers and loves spending time with her whole family. As a compassionate leader, she is driven by a personal commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of palliative clients, caregivers, and families across St. Albert and Sturgeon County.
Natasha joins SASHA with over 20 years of experience within board-governed organizations. This includes over 10 years of administration, operational leadership, and specialized community program building. Her compassionate belief that the end-of-life journey must be thoughtful, warm, and comfortable blends beautifully with the mission that SASHA holds so dearly.

We love our Volunteers!
Our volunteers are passionate in their belief that everyone should have the opportunity to live life to the fullest until the very end. Whether they are a board member, a Compassionate Care Volunteer, a friendly visitor at Foyer Lacombe Hospice, help out at an event or participate to raise funds for SASHA, they all play an integral part in ensuring we are able to provide our services, resources and nice-to-haves to those who need it.
