One of the ways we are meeting our vision “To create a haven in the St. Albert region that honors people in their end-of-life care” is through the delivery of our Compassion Bags. This project came about during the pandemic as SASHA was not able to meet our clients in person.  We believed it was very important that these clients knew that they were not forgotten and abandoned by the community.  Through a Community Foundation grant, sponsorship  through Shoppers Drug Mart’s “Love You” campaign and the support of other business and community sponsors, our first bags were distributed in December of 2020.
